WeSeeDo is used successfully in, among other settings, 112 emergency dispatch centers, the European equivalent of 911. Video calling lets dispatchers not only listen to an emergency call, but also see live through the caller's smartphone. This helps them assess the situation faster, give clear instructions, and better prepare responders.
This kind of live viewing always happens with the caller's consent and with careful attention to privacy. In situations where every decision counts, reliability is essential.

Privacy by design means privacy isn't added afterward, it's built into the platform's architecture from the start.

Data minimization. Only strictly necessary metadata, kept for a maximum of three months.
